Due to the nature of our handmade products being for personal use, all sales are FINAL. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If we made an error with your order, please send us an email at bashfulbodycare@gmail.com along with photos and a description of the issue so that we may work on resolving the error.
